My Companion allows you to access a personalized AI companion trained by pet-care experts to give you personalized, real-time recommendations and support tailored to your business’s need. AI Companion is available to all users regardless of permission; insights responses are limited to users with Owner or Manager permissions.
How it works
The AI Companion provides business guidance based on your business stage and suggests next-best actions, forecasts outcomes, and enables goal-setting. The AI companion can be accessed from Home page or My Companion view.

Here you can search or access previous conversations in addition to filtering based on Most Recent, Bookmarked, or Archived
Selecting a previous conversation will take you to the entire conversation and results.
