My Staff > Learning time vs. marked-complete time

Users with Owner or Manager permissions can now see two types of training time separately: time an employee earned by finishing content, and time a manager credited by marking content complete. This split appears in the Staff Progress export and in each staff member's Learning Time history. Learning Time history also now shows quiet periods as 0 and ends with a totals row. The My Staff list and profile header still show the combined total.

Heads up: The Staff Progress export columns have changed. If you import this file into a spreadsheet or payroll tool, re-map it by column name.

Profile menu > Change organization

Users who belong to two or more businesses can now switch between them from the profile menu, without signing out. Any other open tabs switch to the new organization too.

Billing > Renew your plan

Users with Owner permissions who cancel a paid plan can now change their mind. While the plan is scheduled to end, the Billing tab shows the end date and a Renew plan button. Renewing keeps the same plan, price, and billing date. After a plan has ended, Owners will see Resubscribe instead.

Billing and payment methods

Owners can now remove any saved card, including the last or default one. If a plan will renew without a saved card, a warning now appears in Billing. If your current plan or add-on is no longer offered, the change-plan page names it and warns you before you submit a change that would remove it.

Course progress stuck at 97–99%

We resolved an issue where some learners could not reach 100% on a course, and Continue kept sending them back to the first module. Progress, completion, and Continue now count only content the learner can see. Learners who were already stuck have been fixed automatically. This fix was released on October 8, 2026.

Plan purchases and changes

We resolved an issue that kept some Owners from subscribing or changing plans, and another where choosing a new plan could turn renewal back on after a cancellation. A retried payment also can no longer create a second purchase. These fixes were released on October 12, 2026.

Video playback display

We resolved an issue where course videos appeared small in the corner of the player on desktop, or ran off the screen on phones. Videos now fill the player. This fix was released on October 8, 2026.

  • Last Activity dates now display on staff profiles when an assignment is expanded.
  • Staff photos now display correctly on staff detail pages.
